The contractor shall also develop a Statement of Work (SOW) detailing the implementation of those requirements in accordance with the Statement of Objective (SOO). The contractor shall provide the Statement of Work (SOW) to the government within 30 days of being notified of the award. The contractor shall start and finish said SOW within a reasonable time for appropriate work to be accomplished in accordance with the SOW.
