This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligible 8(a) concerns under SIC code 7381, Detective, Guard, and Armored Car Services, size standard $9 million. Eligibility to participate may be restricted to firms in either the developmental or transitional stages of the 8(a) program. The work to be performed will consist of requirements analyses, operation and maintenance of computerized systems to control personnel access, and security service functions at nine (9) DISA locations within the National Capitol Region. The contractor will be required to be certified by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Security Guard Company and must be registered in DOD's Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system located at the following URL: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/.
