The Office of Minority Health (OMH)through the General Acquisitions Branch, Program Support Center (PSC), intends to award a twelve month sole source simplified acquisition to the Oklahoma State Office of Minority Health (OKOMH). The contractor shall respond to the recommendations and suggestions resulting from the 1997 Minority Health Summit III and ongoing initiatives based on information received from diverse communities throughout the State. Tasks include: (1) Continue to develop the statewide minority health advisory network comprised of regional proactive collaborative entities (2) Coordinate activities with community leaders to eliminate barriers to health access and the delivery of services (3) Coordinate and support health education programs designed for information sharing and skill building to facilitate positive behavorial changes in communities of color.
