The US Army War College, Center for Strategic Leadership's, Strategic Crisis Exercise 1999, requires war game logistics data development services. The selected contractor shall validate, update and develop unclassified exersise materials for the SCE99 to be held in March 1999. Access to classified materials will be required, therefore contractor personnel must possess a secret level clearance. Significant contractor coordination meetings are required at the AWC in Carlisle Pennsylvania. Preferred contractor personnel qualifications are; familiarity with the annual SCE, knowledge of US and foreign force structure, logistics experience in operations, experience with strategic deployment and experience with MS Access 97 and MS Excel 97. Numerous data deliverables are due from 2 October to 24 December 1998.
