Project includes all materials and labor for the domestic and fire water system, water storage tank, pumphouse, pressurized septic system, primary and buried secondary electrical system, telecommunications and related trenching, buried conduits and cabling to within 5 feet of the new building. The project also includes trenching, buried conduit and cabling for site lighting and miscellaneous buried conduits for future installations. Project is located on the Middle Fork Ranger District, formerly known as the Oakridge Ranger District on the Willamette National Forest, Lane County Oregon. Estimated start work date is September 15, 1998. Contract performance time is 120 calendar days. Government's estimate is between S100,000 and S250,000.
