Terlaje, Contracting Officer, (671) 339-9070 THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR SOURCES SOUGHT for the construction of a new golf course irrigation system to replace existing system to include but not limited to sprinkler lines and head to irrigate tees, fairways and greens, lined water reservoir (pond) on golf course, booster pump stations, automated sprinkler control system, connection to existing water system and related work. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is intended for award without discussion to the Government in terms of technically acceptable, low price design build proposal. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000.00 -- $5,000,000.00. SIC Code: 1623. Proposals are not restricted to only small business concerns. A Small Business Subcontracting Plan will be required from all large business concerns (Prime and subcontractors) having a contract for subcontract valued at more than $1,000,000.00. This pre-solicitation notice will be followed by a formal solicitation, wich will include specific dates, evaluation factors, and other pertinent information. However, interested offerors are requested to EXPRESS INTEREST IN WRITING TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AT THE ABOVE ADDRESS BY 08 JULY 1998. It is anticipated that Requests for Proposal (RFPs) will be issued on or about 06 August 1998 with proposals due approximately 08 September 1998. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC BID OPENING.
