Remove and Replace approximately 800 Cross-Ties and 100 Switch-Ties on the Railroad at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ; Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, appliance and materials to perform all operations necessary in connection with "Remove and Replace Cross-Ties and Switch-Ties" at Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ, in strict compliance with project FBNV 97-0092, and it's addendum, subject to the terms and conditions of the contract documents. Switch-Tie removal and installation has the same requirements as previously stated. The performance period for this project is 30 calendar days.
