The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The project is unrestricted. The SIC is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17 million. The solicitation will be issued under simplified acquisition procedures with award based on price and price related factors. The solicitation issue date will be on or about 10 Jul 98 with the closing date on or about 4 Aug 98. No offer guarantee will be required; a payment bond only will be required if the award price exceeds $25,000. There is no charge for the solicitation and drawings.
