Contractor shall provide all plant, materials, equipment, tools and labor required to perform the work necessary to complete the project in accordance with the contract specifications and drawings. Work consists of but is not limited to: Renovate bathroom shower areas, provide supply air ducting and air handlers, associated controls, gypsum board assemblies, fire stopping, painting, seal, etc. for the SPTG Dormitory (Building 31-270). Magnitude is between $250,000.00 -- $500,000.00. Performance period is 180 calendar days. This is a straddle bid. Solicitation will be available on or about 14 JUL 98 with a Closing Date of 13 AUG 98. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Specifications and drawings will be available on CD ROM only. Format for the specifications is Word 6.0. The drawings are Autocad 12. There may be a cost for the package which will be determined before issuance. Package will be sent upon written request.
