Three ~ of the buildings require removal of lead containing paint as part of the preparation process. The contract requires completion within Ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. A one-time only site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, 5 August 1998. This Invitation for Bids is being issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business participation and is estimated between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The applicable SIC Code is 1721. Plans and specifications will be available at a non-refundable charge of $22.00 per set.
