AVAILABILITY: The solicitation for this project will be issued as an Electronic Bid Set (EBS) on CD ROM ONLY. EBS Disks will be available on or about 17 August 1998 at no charge per set. No individual sheets are available. EBS Disks will be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is exhausted. No phone requests accepted.
