The solicitation documents will be available for downloading from the Internet on or about July 10, 1998, Proposal due date on or about August 11, 1998. A pre-proposal conference will be held on or about July 28, 1998. The exact time and place of the conference will be provided in the solicitation documents. Work includes but is not limited to replacement of existing cooling tower, condenser water pumps, condenser water piping with associated fitttings, valves, appurtenances, and associated devices, electrical and all other items mentioned in the specifications and drawings for a complete and working system. The existing chilled water system shall remain on line during demolition and construction by temporarily connect on of the new cooling towers and pumps to thecondenser water system during construction of the other tower and pumps. The solicitation, including drawings, and any documents related to this procurement will be available on the Internet only. No hard copies will be available.
