Davis, Contracting Officer, 402-221-3464 The purpose of this announcement to to notify potential bidders of the National Park Service's intention to issue a solicitation for the following project: Furnish all material, labor, equipment, transportation and supervision to rehabilitate two replacement, accessible entry systems for the Lincoln Home Visitor Center, a modern building constructed in 1976. The work includes: demolition of the existing entry systems; construction of new entry systems including associated structural and mechnical, electrical, and plumbing work; site landscaping with associated demolition that will include construction of a new stair and brick plaza at the visitor parking lot, new brick walkway across Jackson Street, new drains located at Jackson Street, demolition of the existing south plaza and retaining wall, construction of new plaza and retaining wall, and modifications to the plaza located adjunct to the bus parking lot; and site electrical work.
