Systems Command intends to negotiate with Lockheed Martin Tactical
Defense Systems, Eagan Minnesota (LMTDS) on a sole source basis for
hardware and integration of SEI and Quad Direction Finding (DF)
capability into the ongoing AIP production line. A modification to
contract N00019-94-C-0156 will be issued. LMTDS is the prime integrator
of the AIP program the only source with the requisite knowledge and
experience to perform this integration within the ASQ-222 computer
system within the desired time frame and without a production break.
