This procurement is a small business set aside. All necessary information to make an offer is contained in this notice. No additional solicitation will be submitted. Offers will be considered for 3 Jeep Grand Cherokees Laredo. The vehicle must be 4 door, 4x4 four wheel drive, 5.2L V8 Cylinder gasoline engine, 220 HP high output, automatic transmission, 2 speed transfer case, quadra trac system, power steering, power brakes w/disc and anti lock braking system, dual power mirrors, power windows, power door locks and keyless entry system and anti-theft security system, up country suspension package: P245/75R15 radial tires all terrain, cast aluminum wheels, full size spare tire, 4x4 protection package with skidplates for transfer case, fuel tank and front suspension, emergency towing hooks, front and rear high pressure, H.D. suspension system with uniques springs and special gas shock absorbers, rear axel with track-lock, differential and high performance axle rotation, fog lights, H.D. trailer towing package with H.D. radiator and reinforced battery and alternator, leather wrapped steering wheel and tilt steering wheel, speed control, body side moldings, air conditioning, tinted glass, air conditioning, roof luggage rack, radio AM/FM stereo cassette with CD digital clock, rear window defogger, rear window wiper/washer, tachometeb and gauges, extra quiet insulation pack, floor mats and cargo cover, center console, interior wood trim, driver and passenger's side airbags, dual reclining bucket seats, rear split folding bench seat, leather upholstery and preferred colors are dark green, navy blue, and black. The government will make an award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offers conforms to the solicitation contained herein and is most advantageous to the Government(i.e., that which represents the best value to the Government), cost or price or other factors including time required for delivery will be considered. The combned relative merit of the technical evaluation factors are listed above will be more significant than cost or price in the selection of the contractor. While the cost or price factor has no numerical weight, it is criterion in the overall evaluation of the proposals. Furthermore, the proposed cost or price must be considered reasonable and must reflect the proposed technical requirements of the vehicles. The government may award a contract to other than the lowest price offer. In the event that 2 or more offers are considered technically equivalent, the evaluated cost or price and delivery time will be of primary importance in determining the proposal most advantageous to the government. Delivery period must be greated than 90 days. Total prices quoted for vehicles must be FOB price to Bensenville, Illinois. IMPORTANT: the solicitation is contained in this notice.
