All proposals must be received in hard copy and are subject to the FAR clause 52.215-1, Instruction to Offerors Competitive Acquisition (OCT 1997). Note: All offerors will be ineligible for award unless they have registered in DoD's Central Contractor Registration database in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004. The Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center has a requirement for a temperature/altitude chamber. The temperature/altitude chamber capabilities shall include but not be limited to the performance of temperature/altitude testing method 500.3, required in MIL-STD-810E and be capable of the temperature/altitude operations in accordance with the requirement set forth in the specification. The required delivery schedule is 240 days after contract award. Award will be based on a best value source selection process. Anticipated evaluation factors are (1) Offer submission, (2) Offeror Capability and (3) Price. Past performance shall be evaluated.
