Pumps are to be overhauled in accordance with current OEM specifications and U.S. Coast Guard Specification Number R1242-0197. The U.S. Coast Guard does not possess the required OEM technical information to supply with the Request For Quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to solicit only SSS Clutch Company and/or their authorized repair facilities. Industry was given the opportunity to submit their capabilities to provide this service for the OEM in the Notice published on 8 June 1998, Issue No. 159. Delivery shall be 120 calendar days after the date of award. Delivery shall be F.O.B.
