(CMHS), SAMHSA, through the General Acquisitions Branch, PSC plans to
award a sole source simplified acquisition to Bazelon Center for Mental
Health Law in Washington, DC to update CMHS knowledge about
Medicaid-funded community based mental health services for children.
With the passage of State Child Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), in
August 1997, it is important to have information on how states are
using Medicaid to fund 1) basic inpatient and outpatient mental health
service for all children, 2) specialized community-based wrap around
services for children with serious emotional disturbance and 3)
family-centered support services.Anticipated award date is July 17,
