This will be accomplished in accordance with FAR 17.504 through requests made by these other Agencies to the Office of Transition Initiatives (BHR/OTI). If BHR/OTI and the Contracting Officer agree that the request is consistent with the SWIFT scope of work and is not contrary to USAID's broader authorities and objectives or with the capabilities of the IQC firms a Task Order will be issued by USAID's Office of Procurement (M/OP/A/AOT).
