The work consists of 1) Maintenance Dredging from station 0+00 to 22+33 (Entrance Channel) of approximately 52,000 cubic yards of material to provide a project depth of minus 20 feet MLLW, plus 0.5 foot allowable overdepth; 2) Maintenance dredging from Station 22+33 to 42+75 (Inner Harbor Basin) of approximately 18,000 cubic yards of material to provide a project depth of minus 15 feet MLLW, plus 1 foot allowable overdepth, and disposing of all dredged material in the designated Government-furnished land disposal area or an alternate Contractor-furnished land disposal area. Due to disposal site permit limitations, the project cannot exceed 70,000 cubic yards. The period of performance is 30 calendar days.
