Service is soliciting Design/Build contractors for the expansion of the
Eagle Hub concrete aircraft cargo apron by November 1, 1998. The work
includes, but is not limited to, the installation of a Glycol Recovery
System and apron lighting. The U.S. Postal Serivce intends to award a
contract, subject to approval and funding, to the responsible offer
whose proposal, conforming to the solicitation, will be the most
advantageous to the U.S. Postal Service. Construction cost range:
$6,000,000 to $7,000,000 Evaluation factors in addition to price are as
follows: 1. Schedule; 2. Financial stability; 3. Previous Indianapolis
Airport Design and/or Construction experience and 4. Fast Track
Management Plan. Specifications will be available on or about July 7,
1998, provided free of charge for all requests received by July 16,
