Location of the work is the U. S. Coast Guard Station, St. Petersburg, Florida. This solicitation is issued pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. This solicitation/contract will incorporate all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-04. The SIC Code is 1771 and the size standard is $7.0M. This is applicable to any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The COT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
