This scope of the work is to provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to In-place closure of two (2) 20,000 gallon underground fuel oil storage tanks at Building A6NH. Demolition and disposal of all fuel oil, steam, condensate, and drain piping associated with the tanks being closed out, and Installation of two (2) new 20,000 double-wall, fiberglass underground storage tanks, associated double walled piping, tank accessories and tank inventory system.. The estimated cost range is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The SIC code is 1711 and the business size standard is 7.0 million. B. The proposed contract (solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted and is subject to the evaluation criteria set forth in DFARS 252.219-7008, Notice of Evaluation Preference for Small Disadvantaged Business Concerns, Construction Acquistion Test Program (APR 96).
