Brown, (315) 772-6510 (Site Code DAKF36) Furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the electrical and lighting work required for the implementation of various energy conservation projects in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, and Drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. PRINCIPAL FEATURES: a. Rewire the fluorescent lights in the vestibule of 29 barracks so that the existing lighting contactor (LC1) is in series with the existing wall switch, and replace fluorescent tubes and photocells. b. Rewire the fluorescent loading dock lights so that they are controlled by the existing lighting contactor (LC1) in series with the existing wall switch at six (6) dining halls, and replace fluorescent tubes and photocells. c. Rewire exterior lights, P-1240, to be operated by interior bay light switches, through existing photocell controls. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The construction period is 260 calendar days. Solicitation is to be issued O/A 10 Jul 98.
