Thompson, ph: 515-252-4498 The Iowa National Guard wishes to contract for repairs to the aircraft parking ramp for the Iowa Air National Guard, Sioux City, Iowa. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1771, with a size standard of $7,000,000.00. The Contractor shall be required ro provide all labor, tools, equipment and materials to remove and replace approximately 130,000 square feet of concrete on the aircraft parking ramp. The work includes, but is not limited to, concrete removal and replacement, sealing joints with jet fuel resistant sealant, repainting damaged or removed taxiing lines and replacing any ground rods and/or tie downs removed during the course of the project. The estimated construction period is 59 days. The estimated cost of the project is between $500,000.00 and$1,000,000.00.
