There are 94 light fixtures to be removed. Contractor shall provide and install 96 new energy efficient light fixtures. There are also 88 fire alarm, public address and miscellaneous devices which must be removed from the existing ceiling and reinstalled in the new system. Approximately 3300 SF of the existing ceiling has loose laid batt insulation placed on the ceiling. This insulation will be removed without replacement. The work schedule limits the number of rooms that may be out of service at any one time. Performance period is 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
