The Naval Air Systems Command intends to place an order on BOA N00019-96-G-0023 with Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., Stratford, CT to conduct a technical evaluation of the tools, test equipment and facilities required to support the H-53 family of aircraft through CY 2025 given no further production. The solicitation will require that the respondents possess a detailed, working, technical familiarity with the H-53E family of aircraft, production line tooling and processes, sustaining engineering and logistics support, data requirements both within the Navy and Sikorsky Aircraft Corp..
