This non-competitive action will be processed in accordance with FAR 6.301-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements). Q.A. Technologies, 222 S. 72nd Street, Omaha, NE 68114 is the developer and only source who can provide renewal of maintenance for the proprietary software product "Application Guardian Security" utilized by PTO as well as one day of on-site training required. This announcement constitutes the RFP and is the only solicitation that be issued. A sole source proposal is being requested pursuant to this announcement and shall reference requisition number 193P9802199. This solicitation incorporates all of the applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-04, as if stated in full text, as well as the terms and conditions of FAR 52.212-1.. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded utilizing simplified acquisition procedures. Maintenance of this product will begin immediately for a twelve month period.
