CD-2002A Qty 1: Synchro, model no. 23Cx6D Qty 1: Year 2000 compliance documentation (you must be able to provide this documentation to bid on this rfq) This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from RPM/PSI Rotating Precision Mechanisms on a sole source basis as they are the only known distributor of these products. The authority is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. See Note 22.
