The Border Patrol Station in Cotulla, TX has 2,222 sq.ft.; The Border Patrol Station and Checkpoint at Hebbronville, TX has 11,000 sq.ft. along with the Traffic Checkpoint and Border Patrol Station at Freer, TX with 8,608 sq.ft.; There is 5,000 sq.ft. at the Border Patrol Station in San Antonio, TX; 13,200 sq.ft. at the Border Patrol Station at Zapata, TX, and 720 sq.ft. at the Traffic Checkpoint on Hwy. 359 in Bruni, TX. The Immigration and Naturalization Service intends to add additional services/new locations in the Laredo Border Patrol Sector to the resulting contract as needed. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform this service in an efficient and perfessional manner resulting in sanitary and aesthetically pleasing spaces. Performance os totally set aside for small business concerns, the Contracting Officer expects to award one contractfor this requirement, which will include a base period and four one year option periods.
