The production company will use the most recent video technology, still photos, beauty shots, and available historical film to create a video that captures what DESC does, who DESC's customers are, the products and services that DESC provides and how DESC conducts business. The final product will be no longer than 10 minutes in length and give a "live story" about DESC. Offeror interested in this video project should send a recent production project on VHS cassette format similar to the scope mentioned above that has been produced in the past 12 months. Tape will be screened by DESC and a limited number of offeror will be selected to submit proposals. This procurement is limited to small businesses. Cassette tapes will not be returned. All responsible sources may submit a tape to be considered. Companies interested should submit a sample cassette to DESC by July 10, 1998.
