Require two types of tugs: a) minimum of one tug capable of achieving multi-directional bollard pull (e.g. z-drive or cycloidal propulsion units) and able to work under aircraft carrier flight deck overhang (about 40 foot vertical clearance) and b) minimum of two tugs with minimum 1200 shp and surface and subsurface fendering.
