Contractor shall provide Software Maintenance for ELT7000 software for 12 months which includes Telephone Support, Patches, and Major Releases. Award is to be made on a sole source basis to Paragon Imaging, Woburn, MA. The Information Processing Branch currently owns 100 copies of ELT7000 Image Manipulation software developed by Paragon Imaging in support of the Army Space Programs Office TENCAP programs. This software is an integral part of the systems and tests worked on by these two offices. In order to maintain commonality with other TENCAP systems and reduce system support costs by only using standardized materials, the software maintenance from Paragon Imaging is the only reasonable option for obtaining software support and software upgrades.
