Provide all labor, materials, and equipment and perform all work required to automate three gates at Building 860 -- 50-feet wide and 8 feet tall chain link sliding; Building 861-24 feet wide; and Building 862-24 feet wide to include replacing worn, inoperable parts and provide parts necessary to automate. Provide operators with concrete footing, transmitter/receivers and digital keypads and a three button station with open/close and stop inside buildings. Install electrical requirement and emergency fire control key switch. Work will be done according to specifications provided in quote package. Bidders are encouraged to visit the site. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A payment bond of 50% will be required on award. Performance time will be 90 days. Requests should be received by the issue date of 15 July 1998. Closing date will be COB 5 August 1998. Requests for the quotation must be in writing and accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per RFQ package.
