The Government does not have specifications or drawing and believes the item to be proprietary to the original equipment manufacturer, Vaisala of Woburn, MA, Cage Code 63653. This procurement is for equipment for which the Government intends to acquire under the authority of 41USC253(c)(1) under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions.
