The Government does not have specifications or drawing and believes the item to be proprietary to the original equipment manufacturer, MCG of Deer Park, NY, Cage Code 29779. This procurement is for equipment for which the Government intends to acquire under the authority of 41USC253(c)(1) under the guidelines of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions.
