This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number DSWA02-98-Q-0072 is being issued as a Request for Quotation. The Standard Industrial Code is 3825 and the business size standard is 500. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses effective through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-04. This requirement is for a fixed-price contract for the following: CLIN 001: 1 GHz Digitizer, 4 ea; CLIN 002: 250 MHz Digitizer, 11 ea; CLIN 003: 200 KHz Digitizer, 1 ea; CLIN 004: VXI Mainframe, 3 ea; CLIN 005: MXI Computer Interface, 1 ea; CLIN 006: VXI-GPIB Computer Interface, 2 ea, CLIN 007: Five year calibration service for CLINs 001 thru 003, CLIN 008: All units shall come complete with Owner's service manuals containing operating instructions, maintenance information, and programming references and complete specifications. Contractor shall provide a copy of their commercial warranty for CLINS 004-006. The offer must: (1) be for the items described above; (2) be FOB Destination to this agency; (3) included a delivery schedule and the discount/payment terms; (4) include name of and be signed by an authorized company representative along with telephone number, facsimile number. (5) include their taxpayer identification number (TIN), Cage Code Number, and DUNS number. This acquisition will be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
