acquisition method to obtain commerical services to remove and dispose
of a pile of contaminated auto shredder fluff from the Gendron
Junkyard Superfund Site located on a 3 acre parcel in a residential
area of Pelham, New Hampshire. Source selection is best value based on
Past Performance, Site Work Plan and Lump Sum Price. SIC code is 8744
with a size standard of 500 employees. Commerical sources were sought
and identified via a market survey in the May 8, 1998, CBD submission
No. 198504 as RFQ-PR-HQ-98-14204. All responsible sources that have
provided commerical services for the treatment and disposal of heavy
metals and PCB contaminated soil from hazardous waste sites may submit
