The offeror must be capable of providing technical assistance to support management with operational improvement tasks which include but are not limited to Process Analyses, Activity Based Costing, Strategic Planning, Requirements and Alternatives Analyses, Financial Management Improvements, Cost Accounting for Various Programs, Overhead Analyses and Recomputation, Pre-Audit Survey Assistance for an Audit of the Library's Financial Statements.
