It is the intent of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to procure programming support and related services for the development of the Toxicology Tutor III and related projects. Expertise in HTML, Java Script, and TOOLBOOK is required. Experience and knowledge in the following areas are required: (a) "Java", "CGI", and "Windows API Interface" software; (b) development of tutorials in the chemical/toxicological subject area and development and modification of generators written in TOOLBOOK for production of HTML and Java Script code; (c) using TOOLBOOK to mockup Web pages and using Power Point, Corel Draw, and Corel Photo paint in conjunction with TOOLBOOK to develop graphics for the web; ((d) prior work in the chemical/toxicological subject area and the NLM chemical and toxicological files).
