Contractor shall provide initial evaluation counseling services for the Vocational Rehabilitation and Counseling Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs Regional Office. The contractor will complete a full assessment of needs using appropriate psychological instruments in preparation for the potential development of a comprehensive rehabilitation plan for disabled veteran clients. Appropriate Massachusetts state licenses are required. The counseling sites must be readily accessible to veterans in the Springfield, MA, Greenfield, MA, Pittsfield, MA, and Worcester, MA areas.
