The requirement is for one(1) task having estimated hours for the basic contract and the two option-years of 3,834 hours. The proposed effort will commence on 01 Sep 98 and will continue through 30 Sep 98(30 Sep 2000 inclusive of options). This effort will be covered by a modification to existing contract N00140-97-C-1217 with DynCorp. This represents the minimum needs of the Government. The task will augment existing Kuwait organic personnel. The eventual contract action is for services that the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with DynCorp under the authority of FAR 6.302.1.
