Contractor is to perform cultural resources management planning and archeological historical and architectural studies within the United States, its trust territories, other holdings, and project areas outside the Continental United States. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Contract for a base period plus four option periods. The maximum amount that can be obligated during either the base contract period or any of the option periods is $2,999,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8999. Anticipated evaluation factors will be, management ability, past performance, and price. Fort Worth District's goals are that a minimum of 61.2% of the contractor's total intended subcontracted amount be placed with small businesses (including small disadvantaged and woman-owned businesses); 9.1% of the total subcontracted amount be placed with small disadvantaged businesses; 4.5% of the total subcontracted amount be placed with woman-owned businesses; and 9.4% of the total subcontracted amount be placed with historically black colleges or universities/minority institutions (where applicable).
