This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to provide an automated retrieval system that will provide access to both scanned grant files and grant file materials which are produced and/or submitted electronically. The contractor shall provide software licenses, installation/integration services and training.
