R -- PLAN & IMPLEMENT TWO MEETINGS OF MCH NATIONAL WORK GROUP FOR ADOLESCENT HEALTH SOL HRSA-98-MCHB-55 DUE 071398 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with the University of Washington, Division of Adolescent Medicine, CHDD, Box 357920, Seattle, WA 98195. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to plan and implement two meetings of the Maternal and Child Health National Work Group for Adolescent Health. The contractor shall prepare a work plan; prepare the agenda and provide the logistics for the meetings; convene the two meetings; prepare the minutes of the two meetings; and prepare a summary report. The University of Washington, Division of Adolescent Medicine is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is fourteen months.
