Tha Air Force has a requirement to implement the Weighted Airman Promotion System (WAPS) Test Compromise Program at Randolph AFB TX. Period of performance will be from mid-Aug 98 through 30 Sep 98 under one contract and 1 Oct 98 through 30 Sep 99 under an additional contract. Awards will be made based on low offeror. Two firm-fixed price contracts will be placed as a result of this requirement. No telephone request for solicitation will be accepted.
