Department of Commerce invites your company to participate in SYSTEMS
98, in Munich, Germany, October 19-23, 1998. SYSTEMS 98 is presented in
conjunction with Kallman Associates, the exclusive U.S. representative
for all Munich Trade Fairs. This event is the 17th Computer and
Communications International Trade Fair and Congress focusing on
software, hardware, and communications equipment. In 1997, SYSTEMS
attracted more than 1,775 exhibiting companies from 29 countries and
110,000 professional visitors from 61 countries. The "Made-in-America"
Pavilion at SYSTEMS 98 organized by Kallman Associates will provide an
excellent opportunity for U.S. firms to exhibit and gain market
exposure for their computer systems, peripherals, and software, as well
as multimedia, Internet, CAD, and networking products. The following
booth options are available: (3x3-meter booth, cost US$4,500);
(3x4-meter booth, cost US$6,000); (3x5-meter booth, cost US$7,500);
(3x6-meter booth, cost US$9,000); (3x5-meter booth, cost US$14,000), or
US$500 per square meter. Multiple stand units or fractional are
available, but space is severely limited, so act now to assure the
space you require is reserved. The participation fee includes an all
inclusive booth package with display stand constructed of white hard
panels framed in aluminum; blue wall-to-wall carpeting; blue and red
header with company identification in white lettering; conference table
and four upholstered chairs; one four-pocket literature rack; one
lockable sales counter with sliding doors and storage beneath; one
electrical outlet (220V, 50Hz, 10 amps); one spotlight per 3 square
meters; one ashtray and wastepaper basket; shared interpreter services;
daily cleaning and assistance with shipping; full support of the local
U.S. Commercial Service office; travel and hotel accommodations
through Kallman Travel Services, Inc.; use of the Exhibitors Lounge
with complimentary beverages; and free listings in the "Made in
America" catalog, and on the Kallman Munich Fairs website at
http://www.munichfairs-usa.com. A full page ad in the "Made-in-America"
catalog is available at a cost of $250, if you respond before August
30th. If you cannot be at the show, the U.S. Department of Commerce
invites you to participate in the USA Catalog Showcase at SYSTEMS 98,
a unique and cost-effective way to test and enter this market. Without
leaving your office, your product(s) will be introduced to an audience
of qualified dealers, distributors, business partners, and buyers in
the German market at this leading fall exhibition in the heart of
Europe's high-tech region, thus saving you time and the cost of travel.
The participation cost for the Catalog Showcase is US$500. We will
attractively display your product literature; register all visitors;
distribute your product literature/catalogs to potential customers;
include information about your product(s) and company in a U.S.
Computer Event Brochure; provide you with a printed customized list of
trade leads on distributors, dealers, joint-venture partners and
end-users at the end of the show, including an electronic copy. To
