The Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center (652/90C), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Room 2K-105, Richmond, VA 23249 is seeking a contractor who can provide all performance requirements necessary to provide feminine hygiene disposal units for various restrooms located throughout Building 500 and Building 507 at the VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. The period of performance will be for the base period commencing 8-1-98 through 7-31-99 with options to extend the contract for four years (FY2000, FY2001, FY2002, FY2003). Line item 001. Contractor will be responsible for all labor, materials, and service required for the installation, replacement, cleaning, sterilization and chemical charging of approximately 40 feminine hygiene units on a weekly basis: Base Year (8/1/98 -- 7/31/99) 12 Months.
