Multiple disciplines are required. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment and tools/materials/supplies to accomplish all work ordered under this contract. This solicitation is a small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification is 8744. The related small business standard is $20 million. The anticipated initial performance year is 01 MAR 1999 to and including 28 FEB 2000. this is a combination firm fixed price and indefinite quantity contract for base year only. This procurement is being solicited as a competitive negotiation under Source Selection Procedures. The evaluation factors are Quality and Price. Oral presentations are contemplated and will be scheduled after proposal due date. Site visit and pre-proposal conference dates will be identified in the solicitation.
