The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award an order, on a sole sources basis, under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-96-G-0178 to Lockheed Martin Corporation Information Systems (LMIS)for Education and Training Services to collect, review, and analyze all applicable technical/training data relative to the Consolidated Automated Support Systems (CASS) VECP (Block II) configuration. Utilizing this data as a baseline, the contractor shall generate and teach an on site training lesson, with format and content adequate for instructing specific CASS Block II(VECP) curricula to experienced CASS personnel. LMIS is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of CASS and is the only known firm with the experience, knowledge, and technical expertise to fulfill this requirement. See Note 22.
